Information on personal data processing of pursuant article 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679

According to article 13 of European Regulation 2016/679 on protection of personal data, we provide the information required on processing of personal data delivered by users (hereinafter “Users”) of the website www.stampaggicastelfidardo.it (hereinafter, the “Website”). This information is not applicable to other websites that may be visited through links on the Website. The purpose of this paper is to provide information about the methods, timing and nature of the information that the data holders must provide to Users when the same link to web pages, regardless of the purpose of the link. If the user is under 14, pursuant to article 8 para. 1 of EU regulation 2016/679 and article 2-quinquies of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 181/2018, must have its consent legitimised by authorisation of parents or guardian. Data holder, place and method of data processing

Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016, the Data Holder is Stampaggi Castelfidardo S.r.l., a company with registered office at Via O. Pigini 9, 60022 Castelfidardo (AN), (hereinafter, “Stampaggi”). The data processing will take place at the Stampaggi headquarters, and will be carried out either in an automated or a manual way, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality, by the parties designated for that purpose (including by parties who occasionally process data on behalf of Stampaggi when carrying out maintenance works), in compliance with the provisions of articles 32 and following of EU Regulation 679/2016. The data will be stored for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed. The personal data provided by Users who send requests for information material (requests for information, answers to questions, etc.) are used only to perform the service requested and are communicated to third parties only if this is necessary (provision of the services requested through our technological and instrumental partner).

Types of data processed

Personal/identification data
Personal data means all information relating to natural persons, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number. As identification data, in particular, we mean the personal data that allow the direct identification of the interested party (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, residence or domicile, e-mail address, telephone numbers, etc.).

Web surfing data
The computer systems and software used to operate the Website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified Users, but by their very nature could allow identification through processing and association with data held by third parties. This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by Users, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters of the operating system and the user’s computer environment. Those data could be used to ascertain responsibility in case of computer crimes against the Website.

Data delivered voluntarily by the User The optional and voluntary sending of e-mail messages to the addresses indicated on the Website and/or the compilation of data collection forms involves the acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data entered.

Processing purposes, for which consent must be given where required by the European Regulation

Legal basis of data processing

The legal basis of data processing is identified in carrying out any operation strictly connected and instrumental to the management of relations with the Users, and the consent expressed by the interested parties.

Communication and dissemination of user data

The data of the User that are processed shall not be disseminated, without prejudice that the same may be communicated by Stampaggi to associates and/or subsidiaries and any other persons that deliver services to Stampaggi that are instrumental to the aforementioned purposes.

Users’ Rights

Users to whom the personal data refer may exercise their rights against the Data Holder pursuant to articles 15 and following of the EU Regulation 2016/679, i.e. Users shall obtain confirmation of the existence of their personal data and request communication of the same in an intelligible form. Users will also have the right to obtain the updating, rectification, integration and deletion of personal data or limitation of processing. Moreover, Users will have the right to object, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, to the processing of their personal data, even if relevant for the purpose of data collection. Users will have the right to exercise the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, pursuant to article 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679. If the data processing is based on Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) “express consent to use”, Users have the right to revoke the consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.
